Product Development Process
Aadya Cartridges Goes Through Following Process To Manufacture
Raw Material Unit
In this unit we procure fine & good quality raw materials like Empty Shells, OPC Drums, Toner, Blade, PCRs, and Magnetic Rollers etc from leading national & international sources. All incoming raw materials are verified against stringent standards before they reach the production floor where we implement FIFO and 5S system for storage.
Digital Auto Filling Unit
Using automated filling equipment, each cartridge is precisely filled to the exact specified weight. Toner hopper is filled with premium toners, which are technically matched to the OPCs (drum) for optimal yields and printer performance.
Assembly Unit
Our Factory-trained technicians assemble all cartridges with OEM grade compatible components (all components are 100% new which are used in each cartridges). The assembly process includes the installation of pre-qualified OPC drum, wiper blade, doctor blade, PCR, and Magnetic Roller from RM unit.
Post Testing
In this process we do each and every cartridge is post tested utilizing industry standard print test to ensure outstanding performance and quality.
Packaging Unit
All cartridges receive a final inspection to ensure they conform to our stringent quality standards. Cartridges are cleaned, polished, heat-sealed in a static resistant bag with air bag and boxed. A full set of instruction and warranty information is included.
Quality Control
Each step in our manufacturing process is monitored by dedicated quality control experts. Each step in our production process undergoes regular and spot inspections to guarantee that clover’s products meet the expectations of the customers.
Warehouse
As we follow the FIFO based inventory management system, we ensure sufficient availability of fresh stock every time, which can meet the ever-increasing demands for our cartridges.
Transportation
Considering the safety, timely and faster mobility of our goods, we have tied-up with lots of transportation companies to provide fast & good customer service and solve crisis problems in a timely delivery.
